What started out as a pre- and post-sales service in the initial days, is now a full grown neutral entity with a network across the MEA markets. Cumulatively, the Redington Support Services operate from a furnished service area of over 200,000 square feet across the region.
Winning over 80% of completely satisfied customers, Redington Support Services reinforces the Redington corporate vision of adding value at every nodal point of the business. The division offers total support to customers across product lines and geography.
Redington Support Services has presence in 17 countries across the region with 54 service centres – 37 of its own and 17 franchised. Middle East alone has 20 service centres while in the growing market of Africa, Redington has established 11 such centres. Managed by a force totalling over 400 professionals, these service centres offer.
The positioning of the Support Services as an independent neutral entity has helped Redington expand its scope of business and become a preferred partner for Vendors in the MEA region. The centres are certified regional authorised service providers for a host of multinational brands sold by Redington as well as other distributors.
The professional work force at Redington Support Service centres are trained and certified engineers equipped with cutting edge skills and state of the art infrastructure and up-to-date knowledge brought about by continually upgrading people skills and organising internal and external training sessions throughout the year.
The centres, which enjoy high levels of channel confidence, have systems and processes tested over time to provide on-time delivery. It has well acknowledged end-to-end support capabilities from CRM to problem reporting and resolution.
